Inside Sales Representative

Performance Machine(PM), the world leader of after market motorcycle disc brakes and wheels is looking for a sales representative to join our inside sales team. We have a passion for motorcycles and are looking for someone who has a passion for sales. Ideal candidate will be an enthusiast in the power sport industry.

The candidate must have excellent telephone sales execution and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Generating revenue through both outbound and inbound telephone calls.
• Establish, service and manage an active customer base via telephone and email
• Ability to track, meet and exceed sales quotas
• Ability to identify customer needs proactively and have a sense of ownership & care when handling those needs
• Continuously acquire product and industry knowledge by studying product line, reading industry related articles and through interaction with technical department.

Requirements:
Must have prior experience in an inside sales position or call center with heavy phone volume. Interpersonal skills: enthusiasm, initiative, and goal oriented.

Compensation:
Base salary plus bonus plan, health insurance, 401(k) with match and profit share, vacation.
