The J&P incentive program will be offered to all J&P representatives within the J&P call centers. Spiff dollars will be measured off of the retail sales value sold by each salesperson that chooses to participate in the program. Spiff dollars can be earned for any Performance Machine, Xtreme Machine, or RSD product!

1. J&P sales representatives will earn 1 point for every $1 dollar of PM product sold.

2. Performance Machine will develop and submit promotional materials to get the representative excited about the program.

3. Prizes and corresponding point values will be announced at the beginning of the program. Points can be accrued for larger prizes or redeemed as each point/dollar level is achieved.

4. J&P Sales representatives need to enroll in the program in order to participate.

1. J&P has developed an automated report for sales tracking that will be distributed frequently for agents to track their progress.

2. Awards can be redeemed at any time by submitting PM redemption form along with dated sales report for points being redeemed, signed by J&P management.

3. Performance Machine will track J&P sales for each rep up to $100,000.

4. J&P representative has the option choose the PM product credit value over the spiff at any time.
